Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Rose is a licensed naturopathic doctor with a clinical practice focused in reproductive and sexual health. A graduate of the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, she concentrated her clinical training on integrative reproductive care and hormonal health. She earned her Doctorate from the Boucher Institute (now CCNM – Boucher Campus) in New Westminster, BC, where she received the Clinical Excellence Award and held several leadership roles.
Dedicated to providing evidence based and patient centered care, Dr. Rose has completed advanced training in several areas of reproductive medicine. She is certified in intrauterine device (IUD) insertion and removal through the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC), having completed her practical training under the mentorship of Dr. Karen Parmar. She has also completed additional contraceptive training through Integrated Reproductive Care and is certified to insert Nexplanon subdermal contraceptive implants, broadening the scope of contraceptive options she offers.
Her clinical skill set is supported by hands on experience in point of care ultrasound (POCUS), gained through shadowing sonographers from St. Paul’s Hospital. In addition, Dr. Rose has completed SOGC accredited training in both medical abortion and trauma informed care, allowing her to support patients with compassion and inclusivity through all aspects of reproductive decision making.
